Advertising on Facebook
Since Diapers.com changed the price per referral, there have been three consecutive days when one has used the referral code. As of today, the advertising campaign with Google adwords has been profitable. Therefore, I will be testing clicks per impression on Facebook for a week. The daily budget will be $2.

Adwords continued with additional $30
I was shocked this morning when I saw the diapers.com referral credit jump from $6 yesterday to $11 dollars today. Low and behold... diapers.com raised their credit from $1 to $5 for every new referral. I was prepared to cancel the adwords campaign because it was not profitable. Assuming the campaign maintains its current performance, I should make about 100% of the money invested into the adwords campaign.

Adwords temporarily stopped.
After investing $20 into adwords for the zazzle store and the diapers.com blog, I have decided not to continue with adwords for now. When one searches "save on diapers", my site is the second popular on google. I wish I knew how to duplicate that. Since as of now, my total revenue is only $7.54, I will reevaluate the use of adwords later.
New postings
Created two lenses on squidoo; the first one provides the diapers.com promo code SAVE10DLRS. The second provides the results, findings, and recommendations from a survey which assesses whether fan clubs are a good way to market one's zazzle store. To see the results, click here.

First revenue today
Received revenue from two sources today; it isn't much, but it is a start. First, I sold my first product at zazzle.com today. It is a poster of Mt. Rushmore. Click here to see it. This is promising because I haven't started marketing the zazzle store to non-zazzle users yet. Second, after refining the adwords search terms and maximum price per click, one person used the coupon at diapers.com to get $10 off their first purchase of diapers and free shipping for orders over $49.

Using Adwords
As of today, Adwords has shown that there have been 33 impressions, but no clicks. I have changed the maximum cost per click so that it I manually am able to adjust it for each keyword or phrase. I raised the cost per click to $0.35; Google's estimater stated that the number of impressions should raise to about 140 per day. We'll see how it goes.

Google Adwords
After logging into adwords today, I discovered that it provides recommended phrases and words to modify the ad campaign. I followed some of their recommendations, but as of now, I have only received four impressions and no clicks yet.
